Payroll for refillers and crew

Hourly rates, logged hours, and what you have paid out.

4 minute read

Payroll here exists so the labour of running a route shows up in profit. It is a ledger of rates, hours and payments — not a tax filing tool.

  1. Set a rate per person

One hourly rate per crew member, changeable at any time.

    Payroll
  2. Log hours against a date

The date decides which period the cost lands in, so hours worked in June never distort May.

  3. Record what you paid

Payments are tracked per period, so accrued, paid and still owed are all visible.

Hours before a rate exists accrue nothing

Logging hours for someone with no rate on file costs zero rather than failing. Set their rate and the hours price themselves.
